Step 1) All goods are to be pre-ordered (unless those found under "In-Stock") and prices quoted is non-negotiable.
Step 2) A minimum of $12 deposit must be paid for each order made and the amount is non-refundable so as to prevent any prank orders. Full payment upon ordering is accepted if you find it a hassle to transfer twice.
Step 3) Submit your order(s) using this "Order Form".
Step 4) Within 36 hours an email reply will be made to confirm your order(s). In the case of product(s) unavailability, a FULL refund will be made (deposit included).
Step 5) Products will arrive in 2-4 weeks time after our orders are made and finalized with the supplier. Buyers' patience regarding the delay in receiving your products would be greatly appreciated.
Step 6) Buyers are required to pay the full(remaining balance) amount and postage charges for the product(s) ordered upon confirmation of orders arrival to POSB Savings account: 170-27621-3, after which the product(s) will then be mailed out within 1 or 2 days.
